Payment Conditions

• Must complete, sign and submit form to secure a spot.
• After you have trialled your first class: Full term payment plus a yearly membership fee of $20 is due BEFORE your second class. See Reception to do so.
• If you complete 2 classes, you are required to pay fees in full (even if you pull out after the 2nd class).
• A late fee of $20 will be charged if you don’t pay your fees on time (discretion of the Managers). By submitting this form, you agree to this condition.
• Term Fees remain the same throughout the year, whether it’s a long or short term, regardless of absences.
• Term fees are non refundable.
• Term Fees covers all dance tuition at the studio (it does not cover for rehearsals or the Production)
• Payment Methods Accepted: Credit Card / Cash / Cheque / Money Order (Bank deposits are not permitted for new students in their first term: Please see Reception to make payment)

 

End of Term Performance

• If you choose NO, you will not be performing therefore you are not required to make a costume payment or attend rehearsals.
• If you said YES, you are required to pay a $33 hire fee & $30 security bond (incl. GST).
• Any Parents/Family/Friends wishing to attend the Performance are required to pay for performance tickets from $11 per ticket per show per person (performing students receive a wristband to gain free entry to ALL shows).
• In order to receive your $30 security bond back - your costume must be returned to the Studio before the deadline and according to the conditions stated in the termly newsletters.
• By circling YES, you understand this condition and agree to make these extra payments when required.

Term Fees

By submitting this form you are committed to the classes you have chosen (as we have secured your spot). Therefore full fees will be charged and are due BEFORE your 1st class of the term, unless you have either:

 

• Cancelled your re-enrolment BEFORE the term has commenced (via email only)
• Provided the Directors a Medical Certificate stating that you are unable to continue dancing

 

If you change your mind AFTER the term has commenced - you will still be charged for the full term and you will receive an invoice, which will be followed up.

 

Fees are non-refundable.

 

Late Fees will apply if term fees are paid late.
